Spacious, open-beamed room with inglenook fireplace (exceptional for its original cloam oven, used for bread baking long ago and now increasingly rare, one other being in the Wayside Folk Museum), stone seat and woodburner. Widescreen TV, DVD player, and Sky box.

Kitchen/Dining room

Oil-fired Rayburn which supplies partial central heating. Fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave and oven, electric oven and ceramic hob.

Bedrooms

Two double bedrooms, one twin. Sea views from all rooms.

Upstairs bathroom

With bath and large separate walk-in shower.

Utility room

With automatic washing machine/dryer and freezer.

Outside

At the back of the house is an enclosed sunny garden with washing line.
