In the nearby village of Pendeen is a former tin mine, which now offers a fine museum and underground tours. There is a working beam engine at Levant. Pendeen has an excellent corner shop. There are three pubs, all of which serve food, within walking distance of Bojewyan; also a meadery and a friendly, family-run restaurant.
The town of St. Just is ten minutes' drive away, with shopping, pubs and restaurant facilities, and also a golf course and health club. Sennen Cove, the famous surfing beach, is twenty minutes' drive, as are St. Ives and Penzance. Driving to Land's End takes twenty-five minutes.
Also available: Cottage sleeping 3 people.
